Hold my hand, oh my angel
and make me feel the flutter of your wings;
Rise to the sky so blue and bright,
where I can hear the melody of the Harp strings.

Forsaken by the world, when I was feeling low,

you came by from the clouds so divine;

And whispered in my ear in your voice so sweet

saying "Everything will just be fine".

You held my hand and stood by me

through the darkest hours of woe and grief;

Sprinkled the fairy dust on my wounds

and promised me that the pain will be brief.
